Career Opportunity<\/strong>:<\/strong> Industrial Engineer<\/div>\n

This role is a 50\/50 split between plant maintenance and continuous improvement<\/strong>, focused on optimizing operational performance, equipment reliability, and driving Lean initiatives within a manufacturing environment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
1. Maintenance & Reliability (50%)<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Lead plant-wide maintenance programs (preventative & predictive)<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical equipment issues (hands-on or leadership)<\/li>\n
  • Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution<\/li>\n
  • Analyze performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)<\/li>\n
  • Drive up time, reliability, and asset lifecycle improvements<\/li>\n
  • Oversee spare parts inventory and vendor coordination<\/li>\n
  • Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership<\/li>\n
  • Lead cost reduction and energy efficiency initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Continuous Improvement & Projects (50%)<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Lead Lean Manufacturing \/ CI initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM)<\/li>\n
    • Conduct root cause analysis and process optimization<\/li>\n
    • Manage capital and engineering projects end-to-end<\/li>\n
    • Improve plant layout, automation, and workflows<\/li>\n
    • Develop SOPs and standard work<\/li>\n
    • Train and mentor teams on CI tools and methodology<\/li>\n
    • Drive measurable productivity and cost improvements<\/li>\n
    • Act as a change agent across operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      <\/div>\n
      <\/strong>Must-Haves (Core Requirements)<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering<\/li>\n
      • 8+ years in manufacturing\/industrial engineering<\/li>\n
      • 5+ years in maintenance\/reliability-focused role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        <\/div>\n
        Strong experience with:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Industrial machinery & automation<\/li>\n
        • Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting<\/li>\n
        • Maintenance systems (CMMS)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          <\/div>\n
          Proven track record leading:<\/strong> <\/strong><\/div>\n
            \n
          • Lean \/ Six Sigma \/ Continuous Improvement initiatives<\/li>\n
          • Strong data analysis capability (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.)<\/li>\n
          • Hands-on, operationally focused mindset<\/li>\n
          • Experience with project management + capital projects<\/li>\n
          • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
