Pour le compte d\u2019un groupe h\u00f4telier bas\u00e9 sur la Rive-Nord de Montr\u00e9al, nous recherchons un(e) Ma\u00eetre d\u2019h\u00f4tel pour assurer la gestion et le bon d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations en salle \u00e0 manger au sein d\u2019un \u00e9tablissement haut de gamme. Le r\u00f4le implique une supervision op\u00e9rationnelle compl\u00e8te du restaurant, une gestion active de l\u2019\u00e9quipe en salle et une collaboration \u00e9troite avec la cuisine et la direction.<\/div>\n

      • Superviser et coordonner l\u2019ensemble des op\u00e9rations de la salle \u00e0 manger<\/li>\n
      • Assurer l\u2019accueil des clients et offrir une exp\u00e9rience client irr\u00e9prochable<\/li>\n
      • Encadrer l\u2019\u00e9quipe de service : assignation du personnel, supervision en salle et suivi de performance<\/li>\n
      • Participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration des horaires et au processus d\u2019embauche lorsque requis<\/li>\n
      • Veiller au respect des standards de service, des politiques et des proc\u00e9dures de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/li>\n
      • Collaborer \u00e9troitement avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de cuisine afin d\u2019assurer un service fluide et efficace<\/li>\n
      • G\u00e9rer les situations impr\u00e9vues et assurer la satisfaction des clients en tout temps<\/li>\n
      • Assurer la mise en place, l\u2019organisation et le bon d\u00e9roulement des services<\/li>\n
      • Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et de pr\u00e9sentation en salle<\/li>\n
      • Effectuer toute autre t\u00e2che connexe li\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion des op\u00e9rations du restaurant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Exigences<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Minimum de cinq (5) ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en h\u00f4tellerie ou restauration, dont deux (2) ans en gestion de salle \u00e0 manger<\/li>\n
        • Exp\u00e9rience d\u00e9montr\u00e9e en supervision d\u2019\u00e9quipe de service<\/li>\n
        • Bilinguisme (fran\u00e7ais \/ anglais, client\u00e8le anglophone)<\/li>\n
        • Dipl\u00f4me en gestion h\u00f4teli\u00e8re ou formation pertinente, un atout<\/li>\n
        • Excellente pr\u00e9sentation et sens aigu du service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/li>\n
        • Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plusieurs priorit\u00e9s dans un environnement dynamique<\/li>\n
