Sous la supervision du\/de la Directeur(trice) de projet, le\/la G\u00e9rant(e) de projet assure la supervision compl\u00e8te et la coordination strat\u00e9gique de toutes les phases d\u2019un projet de construction dans l'industrie de l'avenir, l'\u00e9nergie. <\/strong> Vous serez responsable de la planification, de la sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de la gestion des co\u00fbts, de la qualit\u00e9, des relations avec les clients ainsi que de la collaboration avec les sous\u2011traitants.<\/div>\n
Le poste est bas\u00e9 directement sur les chantiers, \u00e0 temps plein. Comme les projets sont r\u00e9partis \u00e0 travers le Qu\u00e9bec, une mobilit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique importante ainsi qu\u2019une disponibilit\u00e9 pour le travail en rotation sont essentielles.<\/div>\n

  • Un baccalaur\u00e9at en g\u00e9nie civil, m\u00e9canique, \u00e9lectrique ou en construction.<\/li>\n
  • L\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 un ordre professionnel d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs au Canada (atout).<\/li>\n
  • Un minimum de 8 \u00e0 10 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans un r\u00f4le similaire.<\/li>\n
  • Une excellente ma\u00eetrise de la suite Microsoft Office.<\/li>\n
  • Une tr\u00e8s bonne ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais, oral et \u00e9crit.<\/li>\n
  • Une connaissance avanc\u00e9e de l\u2019anglais, n\u00e9cessaire pour interagir quotidiennement avec des sous\u2011traitants, fournisseurs, clients et coll\u00e8gues situ\u00e9s hors Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n

    Vos responsabilit\u00e9s principales<\/strong><\/div>\n
    Repr\u00e9sentation de l\u2019entreprise sur le chantier<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Planifier les activit\u00e9s du projet, structurer le programme de travail, estimer les co\u00fbts, attribuer les contrats et superviser l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet.<\/li>\n
    • Maintenir d\u2019excellentes relations avec la communaut\u00e9, le client, les fournisseurs et l\u2019ensemble des intervenants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Coordination du projet<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Collaborer \u00e9troitement avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet pour assurer une ex\u00e9cution harmonieuse.<\/li>\n
      • D\u00e9finir les m\u00e9thodes de travail avec le\/la Gestionnaire de chantier et le\/la Surintendant(e).<\/li>\n
      • Participer \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection des entrepreneurs majeurs et n\u00e9gocier les ententes en collaboration avec la direction.<\/li>\n
      • G\u00e9rer les achats et les approvisionnements.<\/li>\n
      • Diriger les r\u00e9unions de chantier au besoin.<\/li>\n
      • Participer aux rencontres avec le client et transmettre les informations essentielles au bon d\u00e9roulement des travaux.<\/li>\n
      • Organiser des r\u00e9unions internes afin d\u2019assurer une communication efficace et une coordination optimale des ressources, incluant les sous\u2011traitants.<\/li>\n
      • D\u00e9tenir l\u2019autorit\u00e9 d\u2019interrompre toute activit\u00e9 jug\u00e9e non conforme aux standards de l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Suivi et contr\u00f4le du projet<\/div>\n
          \n
        • Assurer le suivi administratif : co\u00fbts, productivit\u00e9, impr\u00e9vus, contrats, etc.<\/li>\n
        • Effectuer le suivi technique : fiches techniques, inspections, conformit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
        • G\u00e9rer les avis de modification : estimation, soumission au client, n\u00e9gociation, \u00e9mission des ordres de changement.<\/li>\n
        • Collaborer avec les services des comptes fournisseurs et comptes \u00e0 recevoir pour le suivi des paiements.<\/li>\n
        • Autoriser les paiements destin\u00e9s aux sous\u2011traitants et fournisseurs.<\/li>\n
        • Assurer le suivi des garanties.<\/li>\n
        • Coordonner les inspections pr\u00e9liminaires et pr\u00e9op\u00e9rationnelles avec le\/la Surintendant(e).<\/li>\n
        • Mener le projet \u00e0 terme en collaboration avec le\/la Surintendant(e) et obtenir l\u2019acceptation finale du client.<\/li>\n
        • Communiquer les indicateurs de performance \u00e0 la haute direction.<\/li>\n
