\u2022 Oversee daily AP and AR activities
\u2022 Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze results
\u2022 Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
\u2022 Handle government remittances (GST\/QST, payroll deductions, etc.)
\u2022 Ensure compliance with financial and tax requirements
\u2022 Lead month-end and year-end processes
\u2022 Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
\u2022 Monitor KPIs and support management decision-making
\u2022 Improve processes and implement best practices
\u2022 Support payroll-related activities (validation and coordination)
