We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Dock Stocker with experience operating a clamp forklift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and moving product within the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Operate stand-up dock stocker equipment and clamp forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials.<\/li>\n
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.<\/li>\n
- Safely transport products to designated storage areas or staging zones.<\/li>\n
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.<\/li>\n
- Accurately scan, track, and document inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners.<\/li>\n
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards.<\/li>\n
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed (picking, packing, labeling, etc.).<\/li>\n
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Minimum 1\u20132 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts and clamp attachments.<\/li>\n
- Valid forklift certification.<\/li>\n
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.<\/li>\n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
- Basic math and computer skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/p>\n
Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Ability to stand for extended periods.<\/li>\n
- Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs (or as required).<\/li>\n
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, etc.).<\/li>\n
- Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
