Fuze HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Coordinator<\/strong> to lead the electrical team at a long-standing cement plant in Richmond, BC. You will oversee electrical maintenance, automation, and instrumentation, managing a team of supervisors, automation specialists, and unionized electricians.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This role is ideal for candidates with industrial manufacturing experience who have transitioned from hands-on trades to supervisory roles. You will ensure plant reliability, minimize downtime, and optimize maintenance operations while mentoring and developing your team.<\/div>\n

Schedule:<\/strong> Monday to Friday, 6am or 7am start<\/div>\n

Compensation:<\/strong><\/div>\n

  • Base salary of $110K – $130K<\/li>\n
  • Health & Dental benefits<\/li>\n

    What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Lead and coordinate the electrical maintenance team (supervisors, automation specialists, union electricians) <\/li>\n
    • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical systems, drives, motors, instrumentation, and automation <\/li>\n
    • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations <\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with production and quality teams to address issues and optimize processes <\/li>\n
    • Participate in strategic planning, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives <\/li>\n
    • Support staff development through mentoring and training <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or<\/strong> Certified Tradesman (Electrician) <\/li>\n
      • 3+ years in a leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment (supervisor\/foreman\/manager) <\/li>\n
      • Experience with electrical maintenance, automation systems, and PLC troubleshooting <\/li>\n
      • Ability to work on-site, boots-on-the-ground, and engage with a team <\/li>\n
      • Long-term career orientation; candidates looking for growth into leadership roles are highly preferred <\/li>\n
      • Comfortable with older plant equipment as well as future upgrades (long-term project involvement) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
