Fuze HR is currently hiring experienced Narrow Aisle Reach Operators for a fast-paced distribution centre in Milton, Ontario supporting a well-established manufacturing operation.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

This is a strong opportunity for candidates who are confident operating narrow aisle reach, counterbalance, and walkie equipment, and who are equally comfortable supporting hands-on warehouse duties throughout the shift.<\/div>\n

Position Overview<\/strong><\/div>\n
This role is a 50\/50 split between forklift operation and warehouse support duties.<\/div>\n
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving product throughout the warehouse while also assisting with order picking, packing, cleanup, and general material handling tasks as required.<\/div>\n
This role is best suited for someone who understands that in a busy warehouse environment, safety, accuracy, and productivity all matter.<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Operate a narrow aisle reach forklift safely and efficiently <\/li>\n
  • Operate counterbalance and walkie equipment as required <\/li>\n
  • Pick, stage, and move materials within warehouse racking systems <\/li>\n
  • Load and unload shipments accurately <\/li>\n
  • Complete order picking, packing, and other warehouse support duties <\/li>\n
  • Use RF scanners and\/or manual pick lists to complete inventory movements <\/li>\n
  • Replenish stock and support order fulfillment activities <\/li>\n
  • Conduct daily forklift and equipment inspections <\/li>\n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area <\/li>\n
  • Support general warehouse cleanup and end-of-shift housekeeping <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
    Required Qualifications<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Valid forklift certification for:\n
        \n
      • Narrow Aisle Reach <\/li>\n
      • Counterbalance <\/li>\n
      • Walkie <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Minimum 2 years of recent narrow aisle reach experience <\/li>\n
      • Previous experience in a distribution centre, warehouse, or manufacturing environment <\/li>\n
      • Comfortable working at heights <\/li>\n
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs <\/li>\n
      • Strong attention to detail, safety, and order accuracy <\/li>\n
      • Reliable transportation to Milton, ON <\/li>\n
      • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Day Shift 6h30am to 3h30pm<\/li>\n
          • Monday to Friday <\/li>\n
