Overview<\/strong><\/div>\n
A growing provider of specialized facility and industrial infrastructure solutions is seeking a Technical Sales Representative<\/strong> to support business development initiatives across Canada.<\/div>\n
This position is based out of Mississauga, Ontario<\/strong>, with regular travel to client sites across Canada.<\/div>\n
The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering consultative solutions to organizations operating in manufacturing, industrial, and controlled-environment facilities.<\/div>\n
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership while engaging directly with customers to understand operational needs and recommend customized technical solutions.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
Business Development<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors<\/li>\n
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers involved in facility expansion, upgrades, or specialized environments<\/li>\n
  • Generate and qualify project opportunities involving modular infrastructure and controlled environments<\/li>\n
  • Build long-term partnerships with clients to support sustained revenue growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Consultative Sales<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Meet with clients to understand technical, operational, and facility requirements<\/li>\n
    • Recommend tailored solutions that align with project specifications and operational goals<\/li>\n
    • Prepare and present proposals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate internally to ensure proposed solutions align with project capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Market Expansion<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Support growth initiatives in emerging sectors requiring specialized facility solutions<\/li>\n
      • Identify new applications and industries where modular and controlled-environment systems may be required<\/li>\n
      • Participate in industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Client Engagement<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Conduct in-person meetings and site visits to evaluate project needs and strengthen client relationships<\/li>\n
        • Travel within Canada to support new business development and project discussions<\/li>\n
        • Occasional travel outside the province may be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Qualifications<\/strong><\/div>\n
          Required<\/strong><\/div>\n

          • Experience in technical, industrial, or solution-based sales<\/strong><\/li>\n
          • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships<\/li>\n
          • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions<\/li>\n
          • Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n
          • Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            Preferred<\/strong><\/div>\n

            • Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or facility development environments<\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Exposure to modular construction, controlled environments, or engineered facility solutions<\/li>\n
            • Candidates currently in inside sales roles seeking a transition into a field sales position<\/strong> may also be considered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
