Role Overview:<\/strong><\/div>\n
As a Service Sales Representative, you will work on building service revenue outside of our current customer base in residential, commercial, and industrial equipment and service to existing clients and prospects such as general contractors, leading manufacturers, distribution centers and corporate\/national offices. Candidates will be responsible for scheduling and purposeful implementation of selling activities, and maintain timely, accurate and profitable quotes. This position will be a hybrid style with 3 days in office.<\/div>\n
Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Assume full responsibility for the implementation of the service sales workflow as outlined by the Branch Manager<\/li>\n
  • Generate quotations for all incoming service business.<\/li>\n
  • Expand the company\u2019s market position and achieve financial growth by identifying and developing new service sales opportunities and strategic partnerships in target markets<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Be the trusted advisor for key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, using this information to shape sales strategies and adapt to market changes.<\/li>\n
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation, to closing and project management.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with service delivery capabilities.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and deliver in-person presentations to clients and prospective clients.<\/li>\n
  • Weekly CRM activity reporting, including pipeline status recording.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: <\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Minimum 2 – 4 years demonstrated experience in Sales & Business Development<\/li>\n
    2. A strong preference for applicants with experience in commercial overhead doors and\/or dock equipment<\/li>\n
    3. Minimum of high school education or equivalent<\/li>\n
    4. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.<\/li>\n
    5. Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner<\/li>\n
    6. Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
    7. High level of attention to detail<\/li>\n
    8. Highly motivated, self-starter with a high level of integrity<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      Ability to gain trust and establish rapport with customers<\/div>\n
