They also engages in the development and management of retail, commercial, and residential properties. <\/div>\n<div>About the Opportunity<br \/>We are seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant to join a growing implementation practice. This person will play a key role in leading client implementations, bringing structure to delivery, and helping set the quality standard for future engagements. Based on the intake discussion, this is a high-priority hire and the client sees this person as an anchor for early delivery success.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to lead ERP implementations in a professional, disciplined, and client-facing way. You will be responsible for driving requirements gathering, clarifying scope, producing documentation, supporting sign-off processes, and helping ensure projects are delivered clearly and successfully. The client wants someone dependable, polished, and able to work with very little hand-holding.<\/div>\n<div>The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Business Central implementation experience and comes from a consulting background where process, stakeholder management, and delivery rigor were critical. You should be comfortable working independently, guiding clients through implementation decisions, and operating with minimal oversight.<\/div>\n<div>Key Responsibilities<br \/>Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation engagements.<br \/>Gather and define business requirements.<br \/>Create clear project and scope documentation.<br \/>Support sign-offs and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.<br \/>Reduce implementation risk by ensuring clarity between business and delivery teams.<br \/>Serve as a senior, polished client-facing consultant.<br \/>Help establish strong delivery standards for a growing practice.<\/div>\n<div>Qualifications<br \/>Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.<br \/>Proven ERP implementation consulting background.<br \/>Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.<br \/>Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing presence.<br \/>Able to work independently and with little hand-holding.<br \/>Bilingual is strongly preferred.<br \/>Experience from a structured consulting environment or larger consulting firm is a strong asset.
