The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and automated production equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role is ideal for a skilled trades professional who enjoys diagnosing complex electrical issues and supporting continuous improvement within a production environment.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities<br data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1069\"><\/strong>Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment.<br data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1151\">Diagnose electrical faults, breakdowns, and control system issues efficiently.<br data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1232\">Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.<br data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1319\">Install, modify, and maintain electromechanical equipment and electrical components.<br data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1406\">Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and machine drawings.<br data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1494\">Support equipment upgrades, automation improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.<br data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1589\">Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant safety policies.<br data-start=\"1666\" data-end=\"1669\">Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to maintain production uptime.<br data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1766\">Respond to equipment service calls and urgent electrical issues when required.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Qualifications<br data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"1867\"><\/strong>Licensed Industrial Electrician (309A or 442A preferred).<br data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"1927\">Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.<br data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2025\">Strong troubleshooting ability with industrial electrical systems and controls.<br data-start=\"2104\" data-end=\"2107\">Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.<br data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2191\">Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electromechanical systems.<br data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2269\">Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.<br data-start=\"2314\" data-end=\"2317\">Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.<br data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2384\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Work Environment<br data-start=\"2465\" data-end=\"2468\"><\/strong>Manufacturing environment with exposure to automated production equipment.
