We are seeking experienced Senior and Junior Landscape Site Foremen to oversee and manage a variety of commercial landscape projects. Ideal candidates will bring at least 5 years of industry experience, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and successfully. About the Role<\/div>\n
The team has decades of combined experience delivering a wide range of projects, from high-rise and rooftop landscapes to parks, retirement residences, hotels, and condominiums. We take pride in their work and are known for their professionalism, quality, and collaborative approach.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Interpret and implement landscape design and grading plans.<\/li>\n
  2. Lead and supervise crews on projects such as hardscapes, sod installation, excavation, and grading.<\/li>\n
  3. Collaborate with the office team to provide daily progress updates.<\/li>\n
  4. Manage project budgets and costs in line with client contracts.<\/li>\n
  5. Prepare and organize job sites before project kickoff.<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.<\/li>\n
  7. Apply expertise in hardscape materials and installation techniques (concrete, engineered stone, natural stone).<\/li>\n
  8. Operate landscape machinery safely; valid driver\u2019s license required.<\/li>\n
  9. Provide feedback, training, and guidance to crew members.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
