$22\u2013$25 per hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Day & Afternoon Shifts (Flexible) | Overtime Available<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

We are hiring an Entry-Level Production Team Lead for our fast-paced food and meat manufacturing facility in Brampton.<\/div>\n
This is a working lead role (not a Supervisor position) overseeing production associates while supporting daily production targets, food safety compliance, and line efficiency.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Lead and support production teams on the line<\/li>\n
  • Set up production lines and manage shift handovers<\/li>\n
  • Oversee production of food\/meat products<\/li>\n
  • Ensure daily production targets and KPIs are met<\/li>\n
  • Manage line changeovers and product transitions efficiently<\/li>\n
  • Enforce FIFO, GMP, and HACCP standards<\/li>\n
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas<\/li>\n
  • Handle shift-level team issues and complete required documentation<\/li>\n
  • Complete production records, forms, and checklists accurately and on time<\/li>\n
  • Work in cold and noisy manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Experience in food manufacturing or meat processing preferred<\/li>\n
    • Meat industry experience strongly preferred<\/li>\n
    • Experience as a Lead Hand, Line Lead, or Senior Production Associate is an asset<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication and leadership skills<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
