Une entreprise bien \u00e9tablie dans le domaine de la construction modulaire et des projets de grande envergure est actuellement \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un(e) charg\u00e9(e) de projet pour se joindre \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe de grands projets.<\/div>\n
La personne s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans la gestion de projets de construction multir\u00e9sidentiels et institutionnels. Ce poste implique une collaboration \u00e9troite avec plusieurs d\u00e9partements ainsi qu\u2019avec la direction afin d\u2019assurer la planification, la coordination et la r\u00e9alisation des projets dans le respect des d\u00e9lais, des budgets et des standards de qualit\u00e9.<\/div>\n

Responsabilit\u00e9s principales<\/strong><\/div>\n

\u00b7 Assurer la gestion compl\u00e8te de projets de construction, de la phase de conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la livraison<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Planifier, coordonner et superviser les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes des projets afin de respecter les \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers et les livrables \u00e9tablis<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Repr\u00e9senter les int\u00e9r\u00eats et les obligations de l\u2019organisation \u00e0 chacune des \u00e9tapes du projet<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Assurer le suivi des co\u00fbts, des \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers, des aspects contractuels et des exigences en sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/div>\n
\u00b7 \u00c9laborer et maintenir \u00e0 jour les \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers de projets et les tableaux de suivi des actions<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Analyser et valider les plans, devis, fiches techniques et autres documents techniques<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Coordonner les \u00e9quipes de professionnels et les intervenants externes<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Organiser et animer les rencontres de coordination, assurer les suivis et la r\u00e9partition des actions<\/div>\n
\u00b7 G\u00e9rer les sous-traitants, de la signature des contrats jusqu\u2019au suivi de la facturation<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Produire des rapports d\u2019avancement et communiquer les suivis \u00e0 la direction<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Identifier les enjeux potentiels et proposer des solutions afin d\u2019assurer la progression des projets<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Participer au d\u00e9veloppement et \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration d\u2019outils de gestion et de processus internes<\/div>\n

Profil recherch\u00e9<\/strong><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Formation universitaire en g\u00e9nie de la construction ou formation coll\u00e9giale en architecture (atout)<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Minimum de 5 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en gestion de projets de construction (multir\u00e9sidentiel ou institutionnel)<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 lire et interpr\u00e9ter des plans et devis<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Connaissances techniques en structure de bois et en chantier de construction, un atout<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Connaissances en m\u00e9canique du b\u00e2timent, un atout<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Exp\u00e9rience en conception ou pr\u00e9-projet, un atout<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Bonne ma\u00eetrise des outils informatiques (Suite Microsoft Office, etc.)<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Bilinguisme fran\u00e7ais et anglais, tant \u00e0 l\u2019oral qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9crit<\/div>\n
