Location: Barrie, Ontario | Full-Time | Day Shift<\/div>\n

We are actively seeking a Licensed Millwright to join a growing manufacturing company in the Barrie area. This is a full-time, hands-on role with opportunities for growth, skill development, and working with a dynamic team.<\/div>\n

    Day\/ Afternoon shift Rotation: 7:00 AM \u2013 3:30 PM, 330pm-12am<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Troubleshoot, maintain, inspect, repair, and replace components for industrial machinery, including bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pumps, fans, kilns, ball mills, and other large rotating equipment.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Interpret schematics, diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions to identify and resolve machinery issues.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Perform minor fabrication, rigging, and welding tasks as required; complete hand sketches and technical drawings when needed.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Other duties as assigned by management.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Qualifications & Requirements:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • \n
        Licensed 433A Millwright with Certificate of Qualification and Certificate of Apprenticeship<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        ARC stick welding experience and rigging expertise<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and general mechanical systems<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Some knowledge of control systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and electrical equipment is an asset<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Previous experience in a heavy industrial environment, preferably cement or mining surface plants<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights and in confined spaces, and navigate stairs<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically demanding environment<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          In-office\/on-site 5 days per week<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Flexible with hours as needed<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
