This role develops and executes market strategies, reactivates dormant clients, converts qualified leads to new business, and strengthens existing relationships. The AM Sales Manager partners cross-functionally to align plans with company goals and ensures pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Compensation: 85k-100k (negotiable) + bonuses<\/div>\n<div>Responsibilities<\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales\/account managers to meet quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and margin targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build and execute the sales plan: coverage, segmentation, quotas, and target setting aligned to company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Reactivate clients and drive expansion within existing accounts; convert leads\/opportunities into net-new revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a personal portfolio of key clients to ensure long-term partnerships, satisfaction, and upsell\/cross-sell growth.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene (status, close dates, probability, revenue) and deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (AM Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, others) to tailor solutions and offers to client needs.<\/li>\n<li>Use market and client insights to shape the sales plans; provide continuous feedback to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure team compliance with sales standards, CRM standards, and business development projection benchmarks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Additional Responsibilities<\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partners, and channels within the iGaming industry.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and assign sales training, coaching, and performance interventions based on skills gaps and KPI results.<\/li>\n<li>Support workforce planning and the full staffing cycle for the AM sales team (requisitions, selection, onboarding).<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums to expand network and brand presence.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake additional tasks as required to meet business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Key Skills and Requirements<\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Experience: 5+ years progressive sales\/business development experience in the iGaming industry, including consistent quota attainment and revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>Market Expertise: Demonstrated success; established network within iGaming industry is strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Fluent English; excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership: Experience leading\/coaching sales teams with clear goal setting, feedback, and performance management.<\/li>\n<li>Judgment &amp; Ownership: Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions with material business impact.<\/li>\n<li>Operational Discipline: Strong organizational\/time-management skills;
