Mansha Financial is a growing financial services business seeking a hands-on FP&A Controller to own financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis while maintaining oversight of core accounting functions.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n
FP&A and Strategic Finance<\/div>\n
\n- \n
Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Build and maintain financial models to support growth, hiring, and profitability analysis<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Analyze revenue trends, margins, expenses, and unit economics<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages for leadership<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support strategic decisions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Partner directly with ownership on growth initiatives and planning<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Accounting and Financial Oversight<\/div>\n
\n- \n
Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial statements<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Manage cash flow, expense controls, and working capital<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Maintain internal controls and improve financial processes<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Coordinate with external accountants as needed (tax, year-end, advisory)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What They\u2019re Looking For<\/div>\n

CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
6+ years of progressive accounting and FP&A experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skillset<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Experience in small to mid-sized, growth-stage businesses<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of the finance function<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with ownership<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
