Position Overview<\/div>\n
The Operations Assistant Branch Manager supports the daily sales and warehouse operations of the branch. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining efficient and safe operations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You will act as a hands-on leader, working closely with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams, and stepping in to manage the branch when required.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Support branch sales growth and help achieve revenue targets<\/li>\n
  • Oversee daily warehouse flow: receiving, transfers, picking, and shipping<\/li>\n
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency<\/li>\n
  • Handle returns, warranties, and supplier claims<\/li>\n
  • Assist with workforce planning and payroll coordination<\/li>\n
  • Monitor compliance with Quebec labour standards and health & safety regulations<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with purchasing, customer service, sales, and logistics teams<\/li>\n
  • Review branch financial performance (P&L) and contribute to cost control<\/li>\n
  • Act as Branch Manager in their absence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or high-volume operations<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to drive sales results and operational performance<\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of Quebec labor standards and workplace safety<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Financial understanding of P&L, reporting, KPIs, budgets<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable using ERP systems and operational reporting tools<\/li>\n
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Le\/la Adjoint(e) de succursale \u2013 Op\u00e9rations soutient les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes li\u00e9es aux ventes et aux op\u00e9rations d\u2019entrep\u00f4t. Ce r\u00f4le contribue directement \u00e0 la croissance des revenus, \u00e0 l\u2019exactitude des inventaires et \u00e0 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations.<\/div>\n

        • Contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019atteinte des objectifs de ventes et \u00e0 la croissance des revenus<\/li>\n
        • Superviser les op\u00e9rations quotidiennes : r\u00e9ception, transferts, pr\u00e9paration et exp\u00e9dition<\/li>\n
        • Assurer l\u2019exactitude des inventaires et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle<\/li>\n
        • G\u00e9rer les retours, garanties et r\u00e9clamations fournisseurs<\/li>\n
        • Participer \u00e0 la planification de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et au soutien de la paie<\/li>\n
        • Veiller au respect des normes du travail et de la sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Qu\u00e9bec<\/li>\n
        • Collaborer avec les \u00e9quipes des achats, ventes, service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et logistique<\/li>\n
        • Suivre la performance financi\u00e8re de la succursale (P&L)<\/li>\n
        • Remplacer le\/la Directeur(trice) de succursale au besoin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
