    What are the Responsibilities?<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Design and implement cutting-edge manufacturing test strategies, systems, and software<\/li>\n
    • Champion Design for Testability<\/strong> across all product releases<\/li>\n
    • Lead engineering change processes, ensuring seamless integration from design to production<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with electronics manufacturing service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges<\/li>\n
    • Provide remote support for manufacturing test issues<\/li>\n
    • Evaluate and onboard top-tier vendors for quality and commercial alignment<\/li>\n
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with key suppliers and partners<\/li>\n
    • Drive manufacturing quality audits and ensure product excellence through rigorous testing<\/li>\n
    • Mentor and guide junior engineers, technologists, technicians, and interns<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate daily operations within the Manufacturing Team<\/li>\n
    • Travel occasionally to partner sites and development hubs (1\u20132 times\/year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      What are the Requirements?<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Diploma or B.A.Sc. in Electrical\/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)<\/li>\n
      • EGBC registration\/eligibility as an EIT<\/li>\n
      • 4+ years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing or related industries<\/li>\n
      • Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and test strategies<\/li>\n
      • Strong foundation in math, physics, and first-principles design<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in interpreting schematics and Bills of Materials<\/li>\n
      • Experience with LabView<\/strong> and TestStand<\/strong> for test development<\/li>\n
      • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Windows OS installation, and PC hardware configuration<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Linux installation and configuration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Preferred Experience:<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Expertise in board-level and system\/box-level manufacturing and testing<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of data collection and statistical process control for yield\/failure analysis<\/li>\n
        • Experience with Linux-based networking and security<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with change control processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
