We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our Mississauga team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and supporting our overall business goals.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • \n
    Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Assemble dock lips of various sizes using hand tools.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Assist with inventory management to maintain optimal stocking levels.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Direct the flow and organization of materials, products, and shipments within the warehouse.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Liaise with our sister company to ensure seamless operational efficiency.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Promote the company\u2019s operational vision, values, and goals.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Participate in training and team activities to support continuous improvement.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or designate.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Future Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Arrange shipping of outbound freight, including documentation and system transactions.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Maintain schedules for inbound and outbound shipments.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Ensure organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, particularly for inventory counts.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Conduct cycle counts of shop inventory.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Qualifications:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • \n
        2\u20133 years of relevant experience in warehousing or material handling.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Basic MS Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience with inventory or warehousing modules in an ERP system.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Strong oral and written communication skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well under supervision.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Ability to multitask and work under pressure.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Experience operating forklifts, especially for large or challenging shipments.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      • \n
        Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Working Conditions:<\/div>\n
          \n
        • \n
          Fast-paced and demanding warehouse environment.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Use of computers and office machinery.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
        • \n
          Standard schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM \u2013 4:00 PM.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
