Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- Produire les \u00e9tats financiers et rapports comptables<\/li>\n
- Organiser et coordonner le rapport mensuel d\u2019avancement et de d\u00e9bours\u00e9s, ainsi que les rencontres de suivi avec les parties prenantes<\/li>\n
- \u00c9valuer et coordonner les appels de fonds avec les investisseurs<\/li>\n
- Suivre la performance financi\u00e8re et op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019entreprise et des projets, incluant analyses et indicateurs<\/li>\n
- Mettre en place, superviser et maintenir des contr\u00f4les internes efficaces<\/li>\n
- G\u00e9rer les comptes fournisseurs et comptes clients<\/li>\n
- Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et investiguer les \u00e9carts<\/li>\n
- R\u00e9aliser la fin de mois et la fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e<\/li>\n
- Validation du bilan, analyse de l\u2019\u00e9tat des r\u00e9sultats<\/li>\n
- Participer au budget annuel, aux pr\u00e9visions et au suivi budg\u00e9taire<\/li>\n
- Assurer les rapprochements intersoci\u00e9t\u00e9s (mensuel et annuel)<\/li>\n

The Role<\/strong>
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Accounting, you will take ownership of an accounting position with a strong operational component, within a structure where decisions must be made quickly and rigorously.<\/div>\n
<\/strong><\/div>\nResponsibilities<\/strong>
Prepare financial statements and accounting reports
Organize and coordinate the monthly progress and disbursement report, as well as follow-up meetings with stakeholders
Assess and coordinate capital calls with investors
Monitor the financial and operational performance of the company and its projects, including analyses and key performance indicators
Implement, oversee, and maintain effective internal controls
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and investigate variances
Handle month-end and year-end closing
Validate the balance sheet and analyze the income statement
Participate in the annual budget, forecasting, and budget monitoring
Perform intercompany reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis
Prepare and file GST\/QST returns
Contribute to process improvements, including Excel, standardization, and optimization<\/div>\nReal Estate Specifics
Able to understand a discharge, a legal notice, and holdback concepts<\/div>\n

Profile<\/strong>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience, whether in public accounting or in industry
Accounting software: relevant experience required; Zoho Books is considered an asset<\/div>\n<\/p>\n
