Manager, you will lead utilities construction projects from concept through closeout, with a strong emphasis on electrical scope, safety, cost control, and stakeholder alignment.<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Lead assigned projects to achieve schedule, cost, quality, safety, and contractual performance targets<\/li>\n<li>Define project objectives, execution strategies, and performance standards aligned with contract and company requirements<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Develop, manage, and maintain detailed construction schedules and milestones<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and forecast project progress, labour productivity, costs, and margins<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project estimates, manage scope changes, and negotiate variations<\/li>\n<li>Draft, administer, and manage contracts, including revisions and change orders<\/li>\n<li>Complete monthly cost forecasts, productivity reports, WIP reviews, and project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce resources to ensure efficient Requirements?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Must be a proven utilities construction leader with deep <strong>electrical project expertise<\/strong> and the confidence to manage complex projects from concept to completion.<\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li><strong>Degree or Diploma in: <\/strong>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Construction Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Civil Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Red Seal Electrical Journeyman Certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>10+ years as a Project Manager with a construction contractor<\/li>\n<li>8\u201310+ years in utilities and\/or civil construction with direct experience delivering large\u2011scale electrical projects<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable background in:\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Estimation and strategic procurement<\/li>\n<li>Contract negotiation and change management<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning and QA\/QC application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience with:\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Medium and high\u2011voltage utility work<\/li>\n<li>Roadway lighting, traffic signals, and substations<\/li>\n<li>P3 and\/or design\u2011build projects (desirable, not mandatory)<\/li>\n<li>WWTP projects (desirable, not mandatory)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bonus Points for candidate presenting:\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>P.Eng., PMP, or Gold Seal Certification<\/li>\n<li>Construction safety certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div>To succeed in this role, you\u2019ll bring a strong balance of <strong>technical depth, leadership capability, and execution discipline, including:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul class=\"list mt20\">\n<li>Contract management and
