In this role, you\u2019ll take ownership of installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems that keep our operations running safely, efficiently, and reliably.<\/div>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u2022 Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues across wiring, switches, motors, and other industrial components \u2022 Install, assemble, and test electrical systems, motors, and fixtures using diagrams, specifications, and safety codes \u2022 Rebuild or replace gears, drives, motors, and other electrical\/mechanical parts \u2022 Inspect and test installations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards \u2022 Estimate project timelines, materials, and resources needed \u2022 Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to complete installations and repairs efficiently \u2022 Stay updated on electrical safety codes and industry standards, including NEC changes \u2022 Partner with maintenance and engineering teams to support uptime and continuous improvement initiatives \u2022 Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team\u2019s success<\/div>\n

What You Bring<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

\u2022 Completion of a technical or skilled trades program; Journeyman license preferred <\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 2\u20134 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting <\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Hands-on experience with Extruder machines (required)<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 PLC logic knowledge (required)<\/strong> <\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of electrical theory, industrial systems, and safety codes <\/div>\n
\u2022 Previous experience supporting electrical systems in a manufacturing facility <\/div>\n
\u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Office; maintenance ticketing system experience is a plus<\/div>\n
\u2022 Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and time-management skills <\/div>\n
\u2022 A proactive, safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement <\/div>\n
\u2022 Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident<\/strong><\/div>\n
