About the Role<\/div>\n
Fuze HR Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing company in the Woodbridge area to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

This is a standalone HR leadership role with full ownership of the function. You will lead, build, and scale HR systems while acting as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real impact.<\/div>\n
If you are looking for a narrow, purely administrative HR role, this is not the opportunity for you.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations<\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices<\/li>\n
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development<\/li>\n
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding<\/li>\n
  • Oversee performance management and disciplinary processes<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation<\/li>\n
  • Lead training, development, and succession planning initiatives<\/li>\n
  • Manage employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts<\/li>\n
  • Plan and coordinate employee recognition and engagement programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications & Experience<\/div>\n
      Required:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • 5\u20137+ years of progressive HR experience<\/li>\n
      • Experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner<\/li>\n
      • Manufacturing or industrial environment experience<\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation<\/li>\n
      • Experience managing HR as a standalone function<\/li>\n
      • Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        Preferred:<\/div>\n
          \n
        • CHRP\/CHRL designation (or working toward)<\/li>\n
        • Experience in high-growth organizations<\/li>\n
        • HR systems and process implementation experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
