        Role Overview: 310T Truck & Coach Technician<\/strong><\/div>\n
        A well-established industrial organization is seeking an experienced 310T Truck & Coach Technician<\/strong> to support its in-house fleet and mobile equipment operations. This is a replacement role intended to strengthen maintenance coverage and operational reliability.<\/div>\n
        The position requires a self-sufficient technician capable of working independently, supporting apprentice development, and responding to both in-shop and limited road service needs.<\/div>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Primary Responsibilities: 310T Truck & Coach Technician<\/strong><\/div>\n
          \n
        • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs on company-owned trucks and trailers<\/li>\n
        • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues efficiently<\/li>\n
        • Complete safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements<\/li>\n
        • Address running repairs identified through equipment inspections<\/li>\n
        • Support maintenance and repair of related equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and cranes when required<\/li>\n
        • Maintain accurate service records and documentation<\/li>\n
        • Manage parts usage and support inventory control<\/li>\n
        • Provide technical guidance to operators and assist in training apprentices<\/li>\n
        • Participate in occasional road service calls (service vehicle provided)<\/li>\n
        • Rotate between multiple GTA facilities as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Fleet & Work Environment: 310T Truck & Coach Technician<\/strong><\/div>\n
            \n
          • Fleet size of approximately 30 vehicles<\/li>\n
          • Primarily heavy-duty vocational trucks<\/li>\n
          • Majority of work performed in-shop with limited road service requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Required Qualifications: 310T Truck & Coach Technician<\/strong><\/div>\n
              \n
            • Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician Licensed (mandatory)<\/li>\n
            • Minimum 2\u20133 years of post-licensing experience<\/li>\n
            • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision<\/li>\n
            • Experience supporting apprentice development<\/li>\n
            • Valid G Driver\u2019s Licence with a clean driver\u2019s abstract<\/li>\n
            • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities<\/li>\n
            • Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment<\/li>\n
            • Ownership of a basic personal tool set<\/li>\n
            • Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
