What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- \n
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service professionals<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Oversee end-to-end customer service operations in a high-volume environment<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely, effective resolution<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Analyze service data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Implement and refine service processes, standards, and best practices<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Deliver training and support team development initiatives<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
What You Bring<\/strong><\/div>\n\n- \n
10+ years of progressive experience in customer service or customer-facing operations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
4+ years of people management experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
High attention to detail with strong analytical and Excel capabilities<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Comfort working with CRM systems and modern digital tools<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Ability to operate calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
