We are seeking a Project Manager & Estimator to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are core to success.<\/div>\n

Position Overview<\/div>\n
Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, the Project Manager & Estimator is responsible for managing and developing client display and promotional packaging programs while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role plays a key part in overseeing project planning, execution, delivery, and cost estimation to ensure projects are competitive, profitable, and aligned with client expectations.<\/div>\n

The position works closely with internal teams and external partners, including Sales, Design, Production, Warehouse, Suppliers, and Clients.<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n

Estimating<\/div>\n

Prepare detailed cost estimates by reviewing project scope, specifications, and production requirements, applying pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

Request and evaluate quotes from external suppliers, securing multiple pricing options to achieve optimal costing.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify cost-effective and efficient production methods.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Ensure all quotes are accurate, clearly presented, and delivered on time to support effective client communication.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Participate in project kick-offs, production, and review meetings, contributing to cost analysis and procurement strategies.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Maintain strong supplier relationships and stay informed on market trends and pricing changes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Project Management<\/div>\n

Manage and execute projects for assigned client accounts from initiation through completion.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Translate project objectives into detailed scopes, timelines, and action plans for internal teams.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Review technical specifications and support pre-production meetings, work orders, and production documentation.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the project level, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Proactively troubleshoot issues, escalate risks as needed, and maintain project momentum.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Support the sales team with presentations, reporting, and client-facing initiatives as required.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/div>\n
\n- \n
College diploma or university degree (asset).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Minimum 2 years of experience in the packaging, print\/graphics, POP displays, or retail merchandising industry.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
Comfort working with numbers, pricing, and computer-based systems.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
- \n
