What You\u2019ll Do<\/div>\n
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production & packaging equipment<\/div>\n
Perform preventive maintenance, rebuilds, and emergency repairs<\/div>\n
Work with conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, motors & drive systems<\/div>\n
Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues<\/div>\n
Install, align, and adjust machinery\/components<\/div>\n
Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints<\/div>\n
Support uptime, safety, and continuous improvement<\/div>\n
<\/p>\n
Equipment You\u2019ll Work On<\/div>\n
Industrial bakery & food-processing equipment<\/div>\n
Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps<\/div>\n
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems<\/div>\n
Basic electrical troubleshooting (non-electrical trade work)<\/div>\n

Requirements<\/div>\n
Red Seal Industrial Millwright (433A)<\/div>\n
4+ years industrial maintenance experience<\/div>\n
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills<\/div>\n
Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics & power transmission<\/div>\n
Able to read schematics and mechanical drawings<\/div>\n
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced plant<\/div>\n

Food or beverage manufacturing experience<\/div>\n
CMMS\/work order systems exposure<\/div>\n
