Construction Crew Member \u2013 Landscape \/ Hardscape<\/strong><\/div>\n

Reports To:<\/strong> Lead Operator \/ Active Project Supervisor
Compensation:<\/strong> $20+\/hour, based on experience<\/div>\n
Job Overview<\/strong><\/div>\n
We are looking for dependable and hard-working Construction Crew Members<\/strong> to support landscape and hardscape projects. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with solid construction experience who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team. Please note that while the role may involve operating a skid steer at times, this is not a primary operator position<\/strong>.<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Perform landscape and hardscape construction<\/strong> tasks on active job sites<\/li>\n
  • Assist with base preparation, grading, compaction, and material placement<\/li>\n
  • Support skid steer operations as required (not a dedicated operator role)<\/li>\n
  • Follow direction from the Lead Operator and Project Supervisor<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work site<\/li>\n
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment<\/li>\n
  • Work extended hours and weekends when required to meet project timelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications & Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Minimum 2 years of experience<\/strong> in landscape construction and\/or hardscaping<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver\u2019s license<\/strong> with at least 3 years of non-commercial driving experience<\/strong> and a clean abstract<\/li>\n
    • Strong work ethic; dependable and reliable<\/li>\n
    • Experience operating a skid steer<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of hardscape construction<\/strong> practices<\/li>\n
    • Ability to report daily to the office (not on a bus route); workday typically begins at 7:00 a.m. sharp<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Physically able to bend, kneel, and <\/strong>lift up<\/strong> to 50 lbs<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Willingness to work long hours and occasional weekends as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Education<\/strong><\/div>\n

      • No formal education required<\/li>\n
      • Construction-related training and experience are considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
