Job Overview<\/strong><\/div>\n
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skid Steer Operator<\/strong> to support seasonal operations in Lucasville and surrounding downtown locations. This is an on-call role ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working flexible hours, including long shifts and weekends when required.<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently on active job sites<\/li>\n
  • Assist with site maintenance and seasonal operations as directed<\/li>\n
  • Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines<\/li>\n
  • Communicate availability and work assignments via cell phone<\/li>\n
  • Support plow operators and field teams at designated locations<\/li>\n
  • Work extended hours and weekends during peak operational periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications & Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Minimum 6 months of experience<\/strong> operating a skid steer<\/li>\n
    • Completed required certifications and training<\/strong> to operate skid steers on job sites<\/li>\n
    • Must reside within the HRM<\/strong> or have reliable transportation to downtown work locations<\/li>\n
    • Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions; warm clothing required<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong work ethic; dependable and reliable<\/li>\n
    • Must have a cell phone<\/strong> for work-related communication<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work flexible schedules, including long hours and weekends as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
