This role ensures consistent food quality, menu execution, cost controls, sanitation standards, and team development while delivering a high-quality, approachable pub dining experience across both venues.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Culinary Leadership &amp; Menu Execution<\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"1133\" data-start=\"857\">\n<li data-end=\"911\" data-start=\"857\">\n<div>Oversee all kitchen operations for two locations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"987\" data-start=\"912\">\n<div>Ensure consistent execution of menus, recipes, and presentation standards<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1053\" data-start=\"988\">\n<div>Develop, test, and implement menu items<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1133\" data-start=\"1054\">\n<div>Maintain food quality that aligns with brand standards and guest expectations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Operations &amp; Training:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"1725\" data-start=\"1470\">\n<li data-end=\"1540\" data-start=\"1470\">\n<div>Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff at both locations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1610\" data-start=\"1541\">\n<div>Develop Sous Chefs and Kitchen Managers to support daily operations<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1657\" data-start=\"1611\">\n<div>Conduct performance evaluations and coaching<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1725\" data-start=\"1658\">\n<div>Promote a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen culture<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Food Safety &amp; Compliance:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"1995\" data-start=\"1756\">\n<li data-end=\"1840\" data-start=\"1756\">\n<div>Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety standards<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1903\" data-start=\"1841\">\n<div>Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safe work environments<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1949\" data-start=\"1904\">\n<div>Oversee HACCP procedures and kitchen audits<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1995\" data-start=\"1950\">\n<div>Ensure proper equipment use and maintenance<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Collaboration &amp; Guest Experience:<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"2253\" data-start=\"2034\">\n<li data-end=\"2122\" data-start=\"2034\">\n<div>Partner with General Managers and Front-of-House leadership to ensure seamless service<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2192\" data-start=\"2123\">\n<div>Respond to guest feedback related to food quality or menu execution<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2253\" data-start=\"2193\">\n<div>Support special events, catering, and promotions as needed<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Education &amp; Experience<\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"2496\" data-start=\"2302\">\n<li data-end=\"2367\" data-start=\"2302\">\n<div>Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2423\" data-start=\"2368\">\n<div>Minimum of 5\u20137 years of kitchen leadership experience<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"2496\" data-start=\"2424\">\n<div>Multi-unit or high-volume pub\/restaurant experience strongly preferred<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Skills &amp;
