This position requires strong blueprint reading, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in TIG welding and metal fabrication.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n

  • \n
    Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Perform TIG welding on various metal components with high accuracy.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal structures according to specifications.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets standards.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Collaborate with the production team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment safely.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment as needed.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      Minimum 7 years of TIG welding and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong blueprint reading and fabrication skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Proficient in TIG setup, adjustment, and maintenance.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Team player with strong communication and organizational abilities.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Physically capable of working in various positions and environments.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Education & Certifications:<\/div>\n
