In this role, you&#039;ll become a trusted advisor to clients, an internal collaborator, and a key contributor to our long-term success.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>As our Strategic Account Manager, you\u2019ll take full ownership of a defined market area and play a critical role in:<\/div>\n<div><strong>Customer Engagement & Relationship Building<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, prospects, agents, and suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Act as the voice of the customer\u2014communicate key insights, opportunities, and challenges to internal stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Sales Strategy & Market Development<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Create and execute annual sales plans and forecasts that align with our client\u2019s broader marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Identify new product opportunities and support market mix improvements to drive profitability<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and negotiate pricing proposals tailored to customer profiles and current market conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Account & Order Management<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Facilitate smooth order processing and on-time delivery by coordinating with production, quality, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping teams<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent overproduction and minimize scrap<\/li>\n<li>Support the Inside Sales team to ensure exceptional service delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Issue Resolution & Customer Support<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Proactively manage and resolve commercial issues, including initial claims investigations<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile tolled orders and manage scrap credit approvals<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer specifications and requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>We don\u2019t just coat steel, we coat our relationships in trust, innovation, and long-term value.
