Position Overview
The Manager will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service by providing assurance, accounting, tax, and advisory solutions through a personalized and hands-on approach. This role involves leading a profitable segment of the practice, guiding a team, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. The Manager will also contribute to business growth initiatives and focus on talent retention through strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring.<\/div>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/div>\n

    Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with firm goals and service standards.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Review tax, audit, and assurance engagements across diverse industries, including non-profits, in compliance with firm policies.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Oversee multiple projects, delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Support senior leadership in developing and executing business development strategies.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Prepare accurate and competitive budgets or fee proposals for new engagements.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Lead and supervise teams on assurance assignments, providing clear direction and feedback.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, leadership, and internal staff.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Keep leadership informed on engagement progress and key issues.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Mentor and train staff, supporting their technical and professional development.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Promote the firm\u2019s services to enhance business growth.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Participate in leadership activities such as performance reviews, recruitment, and workplace culture initiatives.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications & Skills<\/div>\n
      \n
    • \n
      CPA, CA designation required.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience in public accounting with a strong audit background.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong consulting ability with an understanding of client needs and the ability to propose effective solutions.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues in collaboration with leadership or specialists.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Strong multitasking skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client service.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n
      Proficient in common accounting software, with the ability to troubleshoot and train clients.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
