Fuze HR is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping Warehouse Coordinator to support logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\n- Coordinate daily outbound shipments, ensuring all orders are packed, labeled, and shipped on time<\/li>\n
- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, packing slips, courier labels)<\/li>\n
- Liaise with carriers and courier companies to schedule pickups and resolve shipping issues<\/li>\n
- Work closely with the warehouse team and customer service to verify order accuracy<\/li>\n
- Track and maintain shipment records, inventory movement, and daily reports<\/li>\n
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and communication<\/li>\n
- Provide administrative support to warehouse and logistics managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Requirements:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\n- Minimum 3 years of experience in a shipping\/warehouse coordination role<\/li>\n
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and courier processes<\/li>\n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook<\/li>\n
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal<\/li>\n
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively<\/li>\n
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
