{"id":815534,"date":"2025-08-01T14:16:08","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T18:16:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fuzehr.com\/job\/mechanical-engineer-burlington-canada-fr\/"},"modified":"2025-08-19T00:26:13","modified_gmt":"2025-08-19T04:26:13","slug":"mechanical-engineer-burlington-canada-fr","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/fuzehr.com\/fr\/?post_type=job_listing&p=815534","title":{"rendered":"Mechanical Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class='mt20'>\n<div><strong>Senior Process Engineer<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead the design of complex skid-mounted process piping systems focused on hydrogen isotope management and other specialized applications.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Serve as lead Process Engineer during the initial phases of engineering projects.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Develop detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and stream diagrams to define system architecture.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Thoroughly review project technical specifications to identify key engineering challenges and requirements.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Plan and oversee required process calculations and ensure timely execution.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Select and specify valves, instruments, lines, hangers, and other system components in coordination with Mechanical and I&C Engineers.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Prepare and maintain comprehensive equipment, line, valve, instrument, and cost lists.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Review and sign off on technical specification sheets for procurement.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Prepare high-level documentation including Design Descriptions, Design Requirements, and Design Manuals.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Contribute to equipment sizing and overall system configuration.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Ensure compliance with process safety standards and Quality Assurance protocols.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Develop Control Narratives and outline content for Operations and Maintenance Manuals.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Organize and lead design reviews involving cross-functional teams, including construction personnel.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Finalize and manage document and drawing lists to support efficient project delivery.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering with a focus on complex systems design.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license with stamping authority.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Strong academic background and technical aptitude.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Proven experience with hydrogen systems or isotope management is a strong asset.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Familiarity with design and development of skid-mounted process systems.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary engineering environments.<\/div>\n<div>\u00b7 Deep understanding of process safety, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Fuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
