This executive role plays a key part in aligning operational excellence, workforce planning, and client satisfaction across a network of nine branches and 130+ technical staff.<\/div>\n<div>Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will lead a team of three Regional Managers and be responsible for driving continuous improvement in service delivery, overseeing national project execution, managing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Service Delivery &amp; Operations<\/div>\n<ul data-end=\"1463\" data-start=\"1195\">\n<li data-end=\"1272\" data-start=\"1195\">\n<div>Ensure high levels of service and construction quality across all regions<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1334\" data-start=\"1273\">\n<div>Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1416\" data-start=\"1335\">\n<div>Track KPIs and service metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li data-end=\"1463\" data-start=\"1417\">\n<div>Lead national safety standards initiatives<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Workforce &amp;
