    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    • Lead technical preparation of civil design documents for Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-Law Amendment, and\/or Site Plan Approval applications.<\/li>\n
    • Perform and review design\/analysis in storm and sanitary design, grading, water distribution, and stormwater management modeling for ICI and residential site development.<\/li>\n
    • Review functional servicing and stormwater reports.<\/li>\n
    • Identify and evaluate potential design solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate with project managers, designers, CAD technicians, clients, and consultants to align designs with project scope.<\/li>\n
    • Review and seal your own and others' design documents.<\/li>\n
    • Address reviewing agency comments on submitted civil documents.<\/li>\n
    • Participate in project team meetings and collaborate to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.<\/li>\n
    • Perform other related duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Requirements<\/strong><\/div>\n
        \n
      • Degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Science, or related field.<\/li>\n
      • 4\u201310 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n
      • Professional Engineer designation (P.Eng.).<\/li>\n
      • Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and standards.<\/li>\n
      • Strong technical report writing and communication skills.<\/li>\n
      • Effective time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.<\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).<\/li>\n
      • Experience with hydraulic and hydrological software (e.g., MIDUSS NET, SWMHYMO, VO OTTHYMO, FlowMaster, HEC-RAS).<\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with municipal approvals in Southwestern Ontario (OPA, ZBA, SPA).<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of project management principles.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
