    You\u2019re a dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Hydrogeology, looking to drive the land development initiatives to new heights.     WHAT WILL YOU DO?<\/strong>
    You will work with our dynamic multi-disciplinary team on various land development projects for several market sectors. You will be the project lead and manager for groundwater related projects and will be a mentor for both intermediate and junior staff on your team. You will also have the opportunity to work within a mature and diverse group of Hydrogeologists, Rural Servicing Engineers, and Drinking Water Treatment Specialists.
    JOB DUTIES<\/strong>
    \u2022 Project planning, scheduling, allocation of resources, budgeting, overall supervision of project personnel, invoicing and regular communication with clients.
    \u2022 Supervise and\/or prepare hydrogeological proposals.
    \u2022 Supervise and review hydrogeological reports, drawings, or geologic data to adequately scope and plan projects.
    \u2022 Supervise field investigations to acquire appropriate data.
    \u2022 Analysis of hydrogeological data and interpretation of results.
    \u2022 Directly responsible for the health and safety of any person working on an assignment under the supervision of the project manager.
    \u2022 Directly accountable for revenue, costs and profitability of projects under his\/her management.
    \u2022 Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior and intermediate personnel in accordance with his\/her knowledge base.
    \u2022 Travel may be required but will be infrequent.<\/div>\n
    \u2022 Shiftwork and overtime may be required.<\/div>\n
    QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong>
    \u2022 Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in Geoscience \/ Environmental Engineering
    \u2022 Accredited in area of expertise by a recognised body (i.e. P.Eng., P.Geo.)
    \u2022 Minimum 7 years relevant experience
    \u2022 Attention to detail in all undertakings is essential
    \u2022 Superior organisational and communications skills are essential
    \u2022 Desire to succeed in a dynamic, progressive organization
    \u2022 Familiarity with federal and provincial environmental legislation and regulations
    \u2022 The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluency (reading, writing and oral) in English<\/div>\n
