Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items when needed.<\/div>\n
Some team members are promoted to handle pre-load tasks, which require quick thinking and attention to detail (perfect for those who love a challenge!).<\/div>\n
Shift duties can change, meaning you'll be unloading, loading, and assisting in different areas throughout the day, keeping you engaged and moving.<\/div>\n
You\u2019ll be working indoors, so no weather worries, just a safe, structured environment.<\/div>\n

Skills and Experience:<\/div>\n
Physical Stamina: This is a manual labor role where you\u2019ll be using pump trucks and manual jiggers.<\/div>\n
Attention to Detail: Ability to read addresses and handle freight quickly and efficiently.<\/div>\n
Teamwork: You\u2019ll be working closely with colleagues\u2014supporting each other, keeping things fun, and making sure everything gets done on time.<\/div>\n
Adaptability: The tasks can change throughout your shift, so you\u2019ll need to be comfortable moving between various roles in different locations.<\/div>\n
Experience: Previous experience with loading, unloading, and working with freight is helpful but not necessary. We provide full training to ensure your success.<\/div>\n
