Le Contr\u00f4leur soutiendra la directrice des finances dans la gestion des op\u00e9rations financi\u00e8res de l'entreprise, y compris la pr\u00e9paration des rapports financiers et la conformit\u00e9.   • V\u00e9rifier et valider les transactions financi\u00e8res journali\u00e8res et faire les \u00e9critures comptables mensuelles et corrections n\u00e9cessaires.<\/li>\n
  • Contr\u00f4ler les comptes clients et fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des paiements.<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00e9parer et examiner les \u00e9tats financiers interm\u00e9diaires.<\/li>\n
  • Supervise une \u00e9quipe de quatre techniciens en comptabilit\u00e9, en assurant le suivi de leur performance, la gestion quotidienne de leurs t\u00e2ches et leur d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, et la mise en place de mesures pour optimiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rations comptables.<\/li>\n
  • Assister les techniciens comptables dans la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes et la v\u00e9rification de l'exactitude des documents financiers.<\/li>\n
  • Superviser les rapprochements bancaires et garantir leur exactitude.<\/li>\n
  • Aider \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des dossiers pour v\u00e9rification annuelle et g\u00e9rer les relations avec les auditeurs externes<\/li>\n
  • Pr\u00e9parer et soumettre les d\u00e9clarations de taxes et respecter les d\u00e9lais r\u00e9glementaires.<\/li>\n

      The Controller will support the Finance Director in managing the company\u2019s financial operations, including preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.<\/div>\n
      Main Responsibilities:<\/strong>
      \u2022 Verify and validate daily financial transactions, make monthly journal entries, and correct any necessary adjustments.
      \u2022 Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely payments are tracked.
      \u2022 Prepare and review interim financial statements.
      \u2022 Supervise a team of four accounting technicians, monitoring their performance, managing their daily tasks, supporting their professional development, and implementing measures to optimize the efficiency and quality of accounting operations.
      \u2022 Assist accounting technicians in troubleshooting and verifying the accuracy of financial documents.
      \u2022 Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure their accuracy.
      \u2022 Assist in preparing files for the annual audit and manage relationships with external auditors.
      \u2022 Prepare and submit tax filings while ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.
      \u2022 Ensure the integrity of accounting data and regularly update financial records while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.<\/div>\n
      Desired Profile:<\/strong><\/div>\n

      • CA or equivalent title.<\/li>\n
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.<\/li>\n
