Le ou la Directeur(trice), Ressources Humaines \u2013 Canada sera responsable de diriger, d\u00e9velopper et d\u00e9ployer les programmes RH pour les installations manufacturi\u00e8res. Ce r\u00f4le est \u00e0 la fois strat\u00e9gique et op\u00e9rationnel, offrant un soutien RH complet tout au long du cycle de vie des employ\u00e9s. La personne agira comme conseiller(\u00e8re) aupr\u00e8s de la direction sur les questions li\u00e9es aux relations de travail, aux relations syndicales et \u00e0 l'engagement des employ\u00e9s.   • \u00c9tablir et coordonner les objectifs strat\u00e9giques annuels des ressources humaines \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle canadienne, en fonction des besoins et objectifs op\u00e9rationnels de l\u2019entreprise<\/li>\n
  • Assurer la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des fonctions RH tout en garantissant que les activit\u00e9s respectent les lois du travail, de sant\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les exigences environnementales<\/li>\n
  • Diriger les initiatives en d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel : gestion des talents, \u00e9valuation de performance, planification et d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, r\u00e9tention<\/li>\n
  • Superviser le processus de recrutement et d\u2019int\u00e9gration\/s\u00e9paration pour les employ\u00e9s cols blancs et cols bleus, en s\u2019appuyant sur des pratiques d\u2019embauche strat\u00e9giques<\/li>\n

      Director, Human Resources \u2013 Canada<\/div>\n

      The Director, HR Canada will be responsible for providing HR leadership and development and delivery of HR programs for the manufacturing facilities. The Director, HR is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle HR support. The position serves as a consultant to business leadership on HR related matters including industrial and employee relations. The incumbent will implement and administer sound HR practices, maintain positive relations with the union while creating a work environment favorable to employee engagement and development.<\/div>\n
      Key responsibilities include:<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Establishes and coordinates the annual strategic objectives for the human resources department for all of Canada, based on the needs and operational goals of the company<\/li>\n
      • Provides overall direction of human resources and ensures that activities that contribute to the achievement of company objectives comply with labor, health and safety laws and regulations and environmental requirements<\/li>\n
      • Lead organizational development processes that address issues such as talent management, performance management, workforce planning, workforce development and employee retention<\/li>\n
      • Establish and lead the recruitment and integration\/disintegration process for all white- and blue-collar workers, using strategic recruitment and hiring practices<\/li>\n
      • Determine and recommend employee labor relations practices, and act as the company's representative in collective bargaining negotiations<\/li>\n
      • Manage HR practices, such hiring, training, compensation and benefit administration, talent development, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness for Canadian facilities<\/li>\n
      • Lead and ensure the development of the human resources team in place and act as a coach to the HR team members. Supervise and manage the HR team.<\/li>\n
      • Leads the implementation of a corporate culture and conducts engagement activities in line with the company's vision<\/li>\n
      • Ensure the implementation of the company's HR policies<\/li>\n
      • Support management in organizational change through leading-edge strategies while promoting a healthy work environment<\/li>\n
      • Lead and advise managers on various administrative files and special mandates<\/li>\n
      • Direct, lead and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all HR-related projects<\/li>\n
      • Support and participate in the application of all actions necessary to meet the requirements of established and mandatory product quality standards<\/li>\n
      • Ensures that costs are consistent with the HR budget and corporate guidelines and assists in their preparation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        About you:<\/div>\n

        • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations<\/li>\n
        • 10 years of relevant experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, including 5 years of experience as a Manager<\/li>\n
        • Hold the CRHA \/ CRIA designation<\/li>\n
        • Solid knowledge of Provincial Employment and Labor Law a must<\/li>\n
        • Ability to obtain the commitment and collaboration of managers and employees<\/li>\n
        • Relevant experience as a spokesperson for the negotiation of a collective agreement<\/li>\n
        • Excellent communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy<\/li>\n
        • Excellent in problem solving skills<\/li>\n
        • Bilingual French\/English<\/li>\n
