Responsibilities for an Area Sales Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Drive new home sales and manage the entire customer journey from inquiry to possession.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and construction partners.<\/li>\n
  • Manage daily operations of the sales center to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.<\/li>\n
  • Actively prospect, follow up with leads, and leverage CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customer-first approach.<\/li>\n
  • Adapt quickly to changes, take ownership of the community's success, and work flexibly, including weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications of an Area Sales Manager<\/strong><\/div>\n

    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.<\/li>\n
    • Minimum 4+ years of proven success in new home sales.<\/li>\n
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or lead generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
