This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys both strategic thinking and tactical execution.<br \/>You\u2019ll be responsible for leading campaign strategy, CRM segmentation, email calendar planning, and database growth initiatives. You&#039;ll also manage an Email Marketing Specialist and work closely with retail, marketing, and eCommerce teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven communications.<br \/>This role is approximately 60% strategic building and management and 40% execution of email campaigns.
