Senior Payroll (On-Site \u2013 Montreal, QC)<\/div>\n

We are looking for a Senior Payroll person to manage full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees across multiple branches. This role ensures compliance with tax regulations, accurate wage calculations, and timely government reporting.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Process payroll for Canadian employees (hourly, salaried, non-union).<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and process payroll-related journal entries, ROEs, tax forms, and remittances.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee year-end T4 processing and payroll audits.<\/li>\n
  • Update employee files.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Qualifications:<\/div>\n
      \n
    • 5+ years of payroll experience.<\/li>\n
    • Fully bilingual in English and French.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of ADP WorkforceNow and Canadian payroll regulations.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.<\/li>\n
    • Comfortable to work fully onsite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Nous sommes \u00e0 la recherche d'un administrateur de la paie pour g\u00e9rer le cycle complet de la paie des employ\u00e9s salari\u00e9s et horaires. Ce r\u00f4le assure la conformit\u00e9 avec les r\u00e8glements fiscaux, le calcul exact des salaires et la production de rapports gouvernementaux en temps opportun.<\/div>\n

      Principales responsabilit\u00e9s :<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Traiter la paie des employ\u00e9s canadiens (horaires, salari\u00e9s, non syndiqu\u00e9s).<\/li>\n
      • Pr\u00e9parer et traiter les \u00e9critures de journal, les relev\u00e9s d'emploi, les formulaires fiscaux et les versements li\u00e9s \u00e0 la paie.<\/li>\n
      • Superviser le traitement des T4 de fin d'ann\u00e9e et les audits de paie.<\/li>\n
      • Mettre \u00e0 jour les dossiers des employ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Qualifications :<\/div>\n

        • Plus de 5 ans d'exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine de la paie.<\/li>\n
        • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en fran\u00e7ais.<\/li>\n
        • Solide connaissance d'ADP WorkforceNow et de la r\u00e9glementation canadienne en mati\u00e8re de paie.<\/li>\n
        • Ma\u00eetrise d'Excel et excellentes comp\u00e9tences analytiques.<\/li>\n
