Job Description:

Technical Support Engineer I Command Center Agent

– Perform outbound calls to stores to list any outstanding issues

– Ask scripted questions to validate store holiday preparedness

– Capture model and serial number for failed equipment and escalate to appropriate vendor

– Update anti-virus definitions and scan systems for any malware

– Manually check for OS updates and escalate to identified contacts

– Open/Close service tickets within Service Center

– 1+ years of Service Desk technical support within the retail environment

– Familiar with networking (i.e. Switches, Firewall, IP Address, Pinging)

– Good phone etiquette

– Proficient in Microsoft Excel

– Experience using a help desk ticketing system a plus
