Fuze HR Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Solutions Specialist in a newly created role with a growing company. The ideal fit is someone with a Civil Engineering degree, strong technical understanding civil engineering practices, and is an excellent communicator & presenter. As the Technical Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for the following day to day duties…

• Work with the Technical Sales Team to prepare designs, quotes, and RFQ’s for client needs
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, designs, etc to determine best solution
• Draft technical proposals and presentations for submission to clients
• Attend lunch & learn seminars as well as client meetings in Canada and the US

What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Strong technical background and understanding of civil engineering practices
• Capable of travelling to the US
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables), prior experience using CRM software
• Personable and excellent communication skills
