Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Status: Permanent – Hybrid

Location: Montreal, QC

Responsibilities:

  • Identify candidates via search and selection criteria using various search engines and recruitment techniques
  • Arrange interview and organize selection procedures, whilst professionally assessing candidate information
  • Devise accurate job descriptions and prepare interview questions accordingly
  • Develop, create and participate within recruitment events.
  • Prepare and create all elements of the acquisition process, including job postings, interviewing, applicant follow-up, screening and onboarding

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education in administration and/or human resources and/or relevant experience in a similar role
  • 1+ year experience in mass recruitment
  • Must be bilingual in both French and English
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in Quebec
  • Master the tools usually used in recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Autonomous and Creative
