The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for:

• Responsible for managing resources, while acting as the subject matter expert for all internal/ external developed software products.
• Act as the senior software architect for all product platforms.
• Review and approve all product releases and product changes.
• Define and maintain software development and technology roadmaps.
• Define, implement, and maintain software development processes.
• Manage the assignment and resolution of all software support issues.
• Support the development and finalization of estimates related to winning new business.
• Manage budgets and monitor resource overhead levels.
• Report on department performance metrics.

The required qualifications for the Software Engineering Manager are:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of management experience within software development.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent software development projects.
• 5+ years of full product life-cycle management experience.
• 5+ years of design for test and design for manufacturability experience.
• 5+ years of developing embedded software products.
• 5+ years of experience working in continuous integration software development environments.
• 5+ years of hosted, web applications experience.
