The Senior Thermal Design Engineer will be responsible for:

• Lead the thermal design of 5G macro radio base station, overseeing the entire process from early phase thermal simulation to thermal solution execution.
• Break down system requirements into specific thermal design requirements and develop corresponding thermal solutions.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Designers and PCB Designers to optimize the thermal performance and meet system requirements.
• Conduct simulations in the early phases of the project and verify thermal performance during execution, while maintaining detailed test reports.
• Provide support for system-level integration and troubleshooting.
• Assist in the new product introduction process in the manufacturing phase.

The required qualifications for the Senior Thermal Design Engineer are:

• 5+ years of experience in thermal design.
• Excellent knowledge of thermal theory and engineering, with expertise in thermal simulation and measurement.
• Proficiency in thermal simulation tools such as Icepak or Flotherm.
• Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering is a plus.
• Direct experience in radio base station thermal design is highly preferred.
